It is Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 's. request that we obtain a changeover switch for use on special Bentleys for record purposes, and the switch we shall obtain will be as shown in the sketch attached. You will notice that the spare coil will be live in its primary windings whilst acting as a stand-by. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Whilst we do not anticipate any trouble the back E.M.F. from the working coil will be impinged on the spare coil primary winding.
