When we asked for parts for both Ph.II and Spectre(Codename for Phantom III), we expected the Ph.II bits to be ready very much earlier than the Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) ones. Since, however, they have both been detailed together, there is no point in proceeding with the Ph.II parts, and we wish to cancel the instructions for them.
