X.8665. S.S. INTERMEDIATE OUTPUT ARMATURES.

We are handing to Mr.Tooby, two of the S.S. intermediate output armatures. Will you please arrange for the commutator connections on both these armatures to be moved one segment so as to increase the B angle at present 10° to 17.5°, and reduce the M angle from 45.5° to 38°. This involves the shortening of the top connections by one segment and the stretching of the bottom connections by the same amount, except in the case of the lap coil where the reverse is the case.
