Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Gry {Shadwell Grylls} 8/R.8.9.37. We are sending into the Shop the gearbox off 4.B.IV (Citroen Bentley). Will you please modify this by fitting the set of three speed gears, which was tried on Sg {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} 's car. Will you also fit the scheme which you have just made of a non-positive synchromesh. This gearbox will need a new 25/30 type clutch housing, as after the modifications we want to fit it to 22.G.V. | ||
