X.2512. It is now suggested to run tungsten points with a larger capacity, and for this purpose we shall be shortly running a set with two condensers in parallel. We shall also be making bench experiments of the standard ignition with capacities of ½. 1½ and 2 times normal as our experiments have recently suggested to us that the condenser capacity might be increased a little to advantage.
