| To Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} from EPC. X8790 EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 3/T26.8.25. X.8790. RE MAGNETOS FOR EAC. X.3209 Further to our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 2/T26.8.25, there have also been negotiations with the M.L. and Lucas Companies with regard to magnetos for EAC. chassis, and as in the case of the B.T.H., it would be interesting to know what their position now is in the matter. It does not appear that they have received from us copies of our General Specification of Magneto Performance (without automatic advance) - (Though they have had previous copies of the Specification with automatic advance). Owing to the existence of our oil relay scheme, we should not further be interested in magnetos with automatic advance, but we should be interested in magnetos complying with our specification dated 25.2.25, copy of which we attach for your information. Further copies we will supply if required. EPC. Specn. 25.2.25 attached. | ||
