(Copy for attention of Mr.Royce " " " " Mr.E.Platford " " " " Mr.E.Hives) Dear Sir: Re: Carburetter Proposal Sheet No.9 In connection with the use of a plain needle valve in stainless steel reference was made in Mr. Royce's reply to drawing Le C 869 which showed a change to give increased flow of gasoline by providing a cross-hole in the needle seat.
