| Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from ROY. {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} X.613 ROY {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} 7/MG26.2.24. Elliott Speedometers When Mr. Arkyns, a Director of Elliott Bros., of Lewisham, was here recently and saw EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} and myself, he was particularly keen we should see one of their latest type "M" instruments. We pointed out that we were quite pleased with our present type Speedometer, and exceptionally pushed in our various Test Departments. He, however, has sent two sets of instruments, one for our standard car, i.e. 40/50 HP, and one for the 20 HP. car (as details attached) which I am sending you herewith. Please advise if you propose to retain same and test, or otherwise. ROY. {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} ENCLOSURE ENCLOSURE No 57 JUSTSO | ||
