We think we could conveniently loan to Mr. Southern an experimental car for two or three days as long as he takes it when convenient to us. We suggest, if you approve, that we ask Mr. Southern to communicate with us and we will endeavour to oblige him. We think it would be useful for him to have an opportunity of trying the adopted scheme of brakes - these were not completed when OY. was here.
