| X 2512 To By. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} c. to Mr. Brock. c. to Mr. Wallace (O.O.) EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T10.2.21. X.2512 - CONDENSERS. We understand we yesterday received a further batch of condensers from the Dubilier Condenser Company. It is suggested that the testing of these be postponed until their Mr. Goodman is able to visit us. With this end in view, Mr. Wallace is writing and arranging for the visit of Mr. Goodman and when he comes, we will demonstrate to him that the voltage which we use for test is switched on at about 225, raised to 400 and maintained for about 10 minutes. He will then be able to see that our test is not abnormal and will be satisfied on the point referred to in his letter asking for a voltmeter to be put in the circuit. EFC. {E.
