We are getting better results with the reversed throttle slow running on the 20/25 than we are with the normal carburetter. This applies to petrol consumption. The flooding difficulty with the Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) carburetter is a serious one. The difficulty with the Bentley type of throttle adjustment provided for the Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) is that you cannot set each carburetter individually.
