Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 17/KW.29.4.35.

We have now tested the Camshaft to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1832/8 on Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) 2, and are satisfied that it is an improvement. Will you therefore please prepare another camshaft to the same forms, for No.5 unit.

This should be fitted to the unit before it is transferred to Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) No.2 for going to France, as we wish to take a power curve on the test bed.
