SALES AGENDA. Continued.

(13) Reference BJ4/DB {Donald Bastow - Suspensions} 4.4.21. Comparing Derby and Springfield Costs.
It is suggested that a scheme should be prepared where by the costs of Derby and Springfield can be constantly compared, not only raw material costs but machining costs, fitting costs, testing costs and office costs.

(14) Reference BJ6/DB {Donald Bastow - Suspensions} 4.4.21.
(a) Consider the running side of the R.R.American Co
(b) Consider the Test Dept. of R.R.America.
(c) Cost of Exhaust Heaters.

(15) Reference BJ2/DB {Donald Bastow - Suspensions} 4.4.21. Can Self Starters be fitted to pre-war cars? In Hr2/W15.10.20 you mentioned that we might expect being able to fit these early in1921, and that in the meantime an estimate was being prepared.

(16) Reference PN {Mr Northey} 14/DN5.4.21.
(a) The supplying of a suitable tool in the tool kit for grinding in Valves.
(b) Gudgeon Pin Extractor. Whether the ordinary man in charge of a chassis would be justified, when touring, in leaving this tool at home? Why was this tool provided in the tool kit?
(c) Should not some of the spanners be double-ended.
(d) Difficulty in tightening security bolts with wire wheels. Would not a form of ratchet spanner be desirable in the tool kit?
