| To Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} . from GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} 5/N.31.3.38. ------------------ With reference to your memo Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1/R.29.3.38, I got in touch with Messrs. Park Ward & Co. re Mr Robert's Bentley. Mr Roberts being away. The sticking of the throttle has been dealt with by fitting the latest spring and bracket recently issued for this complaint, BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /CS9/EH.29.11.37. At the same time they requested that the brakes etc. should be adjusted, so a general look round the car has been made. With reference to your remarks re the 25/30 HP. misfires at low speeds. I'm sorry but as so many things were done to Professor Dodd's car, I am not clear as to what you finally did and should be much obliged if you could enlighten me. I have made arrangements to get the car, subject to it being free. GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} | ||
