AFM {Anthony F. Martindale} File Wraith III Brakes. With reference to the oil catcher in the rear brakes and the oil spout, we mentioned in E {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} /HDY. {William Hardy} 1/HP.1.3.37 that experiments were being made to find a substitute for sweating with solder for the oil tight joints required, and we are now able to say that they should be instructed to be riveted up in the usual way and then painted with the same paint that is used for the protection of the chassis, i.e. Harlands Primer Ref. M.165. This has so far been found to close all reasonable gaps sufficiently well. E {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} /HDY. {William Hardy} | ||
