| To RHC. {R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} x 340 Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Std.25/KW.18.9.35. Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) Radiator Pressure Release Valve Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) II. We have examined and tested the diaphragm fitted to this release valve fitted in the radiator of Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) II, and find that it will be unsuitable for its purpose. Will you therefore have the parts of a diaphragm taken from production (detailed to LeC.4568), altered and built up to LeC.4600, and then fitted to Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) II radiator which is at present in the shop. We particularly wish to test this diaphragm on the radiator before it is refitted to Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) II chassis. The valve outlet to E.87141 should also be shortened by .080" when this diaphragm is fitted. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Std. Att: LeC.4600. | ||
