With reference to our telegram of this morning, and also our telephone conversation regarding the six sets of Drip Plugs required against the above mentioned order. We are now completely held up for the second set, and which we understand was promised to our representative, for delivery last week. We understand from our telephone conversation that you will send a messenger with this second set to St. {Capt. P. R. Strong} Pancras, and will wire us the train on which the parts are coming, so that we can collect them on arrival at this end. We are definitely counting on this being carried out to-day, as we are held up for these Drip Plugs. With regard to Type D.O., as stated over the 'phone, we wish you to supply 12, i.e. 2 per set, and 2 are to be included in the set which you are sending to-day. Our anxiety is to obtain further sets, of which we are in immediate need, and we shall be glad if you will be good enough to let us have some information by wire or phone to-morrow Friday the 8th inst. as early as possible indicating when the third set will be available. It is really most necessary that this matter be expedited to the utmost, and we are rather at a loss to understand the delay which has occurred in the completion of the second set. In our letter of the 5th inst, ref. Roy {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} /Dn14/EH, we asked for some information, but cannot trace receipt of same, and | ||
