Gentlemen:-

This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of September 1st, also your blue print No. F-8303 showing special Sylphon for your Petrol Valve.

We are instructing our shipping department to send you six of our standard No. 231-EE Sylphons which are the nearest we have to the dimension shown on your blue print. We believe that these Sylphons will answer your purpose satisfactorily. We are furnishing this Sylphon to one of the large manufacturers of pleasure cars in this country for use in a relief valve on the gasoline tank.

We are sending these six Sylphons to you without charge and hope that you will be able to work out a suitable installation with this particular size. If you find that you can use this Sylphon in your valve we will then be very glad to go into the matter of quoting you a price on them in quantities.

Thanking you and assuring you of our co-operation, we are,

Yours very truly,

THE FULTON COMPANY.

(Signed) R.M.Hodge,

Automotive Sales Division.
