Car centre of gravity and the damping differences between spring and tyre deflection.

A car with the centre of gravity near the back axle, say by removing engine and radiator, and comparison with 20 HP. might prove or condemn this centre of gravity suggestion.

Another feature that I have failed to point out is that spring deflection can be damped, (most perfectly by hydraulic) whereas tyre deflection cannot be damped. This I believe is why tyres (balloons) are slightly disapointing.

Regret influenza has again kept me quiet for a week.
