| C O P Y. To Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Re: Chassis No.GAU-48 Park Ward Trials Car. Sg {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} 18/E20.2.33. Thanks for Wor {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} 4/GR. {George Ratcliffe} 17.2.33. I presume that the car which has been examined was one of the 142 cars in question, or failing that, was originally fitted up in the same way as the 142 cars. We can very possibly arrange to have some car which is under our control examined but for this purpose require to know the numbers of the 142 cars. I presume that I shall shortly be receiving a reply to the other queries raised in Sg {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} 10/C7.2.33, and am particularly anxious to know why some change was made to the type of split pin used in connection with these 142 cars. Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
