Will you please arrange to fit to the Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) I now in the shop a pair of the above horns mounted on brackets as instructed under cover of By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /HEB. {H. Biraben} 17/M.28.1.35. The horns should be wired up to a small changeover switch to enable one horn to be cut out for town use.
