SPARTON S.O.S. DE LUXE HORN.

Replying to your Roy {Mr H. Royce - Buyer} /Ms4/P23.5.29, this horn has been considered unsatisfactory by the testers. Therefore we are desirous of returning this, and are sending you the horn with this end in view.

We are not able to return the special bracket, as this has been scrapped in adapting it to our purposes. It may, therefore, be necessary to pay for this.
