LUBRICATION OF CAM ON P.III IGNITION DISTRIBUTOR.

We have recently run on chassis 31-EX. in France and also for 300 hrs. on the bench a felt cam lubrication pad modified from the original to drg.Ex.19835.

In each case the results were very satisfactory little wear occurring, on the lever blocks, the cam maintaining its lubrication to the end of the test. The previous rapid wear experienced on 32-EX. in France was due we consider to lack of sufficient lubrication of the cam surfaces.
