For future "Spectre(Codename for Phantom III)" distributors will you, therefore, please build up in accordance with L.O.P. D.75167, blue prints of which are attached hereto. Insulating Washer. 4 off. Blue prints of the parts marked S. on the L.O.P. have been previously issued in connection with the previous Spectre(Codename for Phantom III) design or the Wraith.
