You will notice that really there are not many additions to the last one I sent to W. Those with a red line underneath them refer to Chassis which were not yet delivered to owners. The trouble was found on final test. I am not keeping a list of Complaints on the 20 h.p. Car. It was only on the New Phantom(Codename for PHANTOM I) that I was asked to keep this list. Hr.
