Dear Sirs,
A short time ago we sent you two experimental flat valves for screwing into the top of the suction chambers, these were fitted with an experimental type of acetate flat valve which has since proved unsuccessful in service.
If you will kindly return these, we will refit them with a more satisfactory valve.
Assuring you of our best attention at all times.
Yours faithfully,
FOR THE S.U. CO.
