The Light Production Co.Ltd.,
60/66, Rochester Row,
Westminster,
LONDON, S.W.1.

For the attention of Mr. C.H. Brooks.

Dear Sirs,

We should like you to supply us with 72 Scraper rings to the attached drawing (Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}81) with the following alterations :-

(1) Turned finish on lands

(2) Wall pressure of 22-23 lbs/sq.in.

We should like these rings as early as possible in connection with our oil consumption tests.

We also hope that you will be able to give us an early delivery of the pistons with the wider grooves and rings, as we now have our engine for the low viscosity oil tests.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
