Sgl/E15.9.30 Referring to E3/M.11.9.30 would you please let me know how soon you expect to be able to test this device. R.{Sir Henry Royce} was describing it to me when he was here on Friday and it seemed to be quite simple and something which we ought to be able to test out quickly. It is, I think, important as for some many months now we seem to have been troubled with this pumping out of water from radiators, and I can hardly believe that it is right to accept the position that normally there will be no water in the top tank.
