C O P Y. Paris. 26.8.36. To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Re Steerings. I learn from M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Geomaine that it will not be possible to make an exchange with regard to duty paid for the steering for the Paris Trials car. It can be arranged with regard to 22-G-V.{VIENNA} This also applies to all the extras being sent out by Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} for the trials car. Apparently our export officials or those responsible for allotting chassis for the Continent do not realise that it is an expensive matter to have to send parts out for modifications.
