Dear Sirs, The writer was most disappointed to learn during his conversation with you over the telephone this afternoon that you are not convinced with our explanation as to the failure of the Jackall system on Chassis 21-G-IV. In the circumstances perhaps sight of the enclosed letter from the Fluid Suppliers detailing the results of laboratory tests of the particular sample of fluid removed from your jacks will interest you. Will you very kindly return the latter communication after perusal. As a sample of this same fluid was left with Mr. Bowering at the time our Fitting Manager visited you, it would be more satisfactory to us if you would very kindly arrange to carry out independant tests at your end. The writer will heartily welcome a further investigation of this matter and will be pleased to keep any appointment you care to make.
