-2- Contd. were nearing the condition of charge, I quite agree; but the whole point is that the dynamo at present fixed gives a rise of 17.5 volts which is equally unsatisfactory if not more so. This continual overcharging is also having an evil effect on the batteries, as naturally would be the case under existing circumstances.
