Dear Sirs,

We are forwarding you this day one pair WT-13 Wind Tone Horns.

These have been fitted to an experimental car, and have temporarily failed several times in service.

Will you please examine same and let us have your report as to the cause of such failures. We are of the opinion the necessary adjustments should be effected free of charge - please advise.
