PARK WARD FOUR DOOR, FOUR LIGHT SALOON.

25 H.P.

SPECIFICATION OF COACHWORK.

CHASSIS. R.R. 25 H.P. with "E" steering. Untarnishable finish. 6,000 tyres on 18" rims. Special chassis frame and wide track to axles.

TYPE OF BODY. Four door, four light Saloon, with Sunshine Roof. See N.Sch.3458.

SEATING. 4-5 seater. Two front sliding armchair seats. Rear seat to take two, with folding centre armrest. Cushions and squabs to be to dimensions given on our designs. The rear seat and cushions to be the height of luxury and comfort. Rear armrests to come down the wheel-arch and hide as much as possible of the ramp in the floor. Foot rest for rear seat to be provided.

FRAMING. Body to be framed in English Ash and built with the use of the cast aluminium wheelarches supplied by R.R. Ltd.

DOORS. Four doors to open at right angles, hung as drawn and to have metal door stops. Dropping windows to be of .187" Triplex. Ventilating louvres built in.

HEAD. Head to be covered with best straight grained fabric on roof and quarters. Every precaution to be taken against "drumming" or "booming". Pytchley sliding Sunshine Roof - To be flush all over roof when closed.

WINDSCREEN. Single piece Triplex .250" hinged at top. Two Berkshire Electric Wipers at top. Interior sun-visors.

SCUTTLE VENTILATORS. At the side, to match the shutters in the bonnet.

WINGS & VALANCES. Front and rear wings to be left unfinished for Derby to fit up on the chassis. Front wings 14 S.W.G. (.080") alum. rear. (.064) 16 S.W.G. alum. No stone guards. Design of recommended attachment of front wings to the running boards to be sent to Mr. Evernden for his information. Material for constructing the steps to be supplied - i.e. board, lin-rubber and stainless steel edging.

FLOORS. To be constructed in accordance with our design for the Enclosed Limousine N.Sch.3425, and the loose boards to be edged to make them gastight and held down with recessed handscrews.

INSTRUMENT BOARD. To be cut to shape, given by R.R. Ltd., and fitted and polished. Derby to fit the instruments.
