For the attention of Mr. Spicer.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of the 2nd inst. We note you are producing a Bumper for us with an overall width of 62", also an extra leaf spring and a longer 'U' bolt. This should certainly enable us to arrive at the best setting for the bumper.

Will you please let us know when we can expect these parts, as we are extremely anxious to continue our Bumper experiments.
