-2- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.10/WA.{Mr Wallis}12.1.34. Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Unfortunately this complete screening is not immediately permissible as it seriously interferes with the calibration of the instruments, the speedometer even without an iron dial plate reading 30% slow. It is not permissible therefore for customers to have all the instruments grouped close together on the Bentley. The alternative is to fit the Jaeger instrument which we do not recommend officially as it drives at a high speed and is noisy. Also we have no experience at all of these instruments on the Bentley.
