Reason for change:
To reduce cost.

Extra tool cost Nil.
Could be brought on to production at the 26th chassis in "D" series (without scrap).

1 man, 1,000 galls of XM-RE.
(despatched to drilling modified accessories).
To see this will be introduced on production. Obsoleted system.
