Phantom III.

Since instructing the 4 sets of induction systems for the Duplex Stromberg carburettors to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}22/KW.21.11.35, several modifications have come through from design, and should be included as soon as possible on the sets instructed. These include -

(1) R.S.104. Insulating washer between the carb. and hot spot. To be ordered from Cooper's Mech. Joints Ltd.

(2) LeC.4863. Modified hot spot which has water jacketed riser and deletes a mock up system asmade for No.9 unit.

(3) LeC.4882. Float balance attachment with pipe through undershields to obviate risk of fire.
