| (2) EFC6/MS17.3.30. including tests under actual service conditions, from which it will be appreciated that we are not at the moment in a position to recommend X.616 B. There is a reasonable prospect of our being able to recommend this material in its present form after further tests, but if with the information we have now given, Messrs. Bakelite Ltd., decide to submit something different, we shall be pleased to make tests on this also. We were very much troubled with Bakelite material for ignition coil cases in the early days and it is essential for us to be cautious. EFC. | ||
