Replying to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/LG - we will send you a
scheme in the course of a few days enabling the cap to be
removed without taking the damper out of the frame. The
final position of the damper was rather lower than shewn
on N.sch.2652 and we think that it very nearly comes out now.
