story. With regard to tyre noise, we want the whole story. It is no good saying that rubber shackles are essential for the elimination of tyre noise when we find that half the American cars we try have no rubber shackles and are free from this trouble.

We want you to be careful when you cable information that you are not influenced by the men you are talking to, to the exclusion of the general perspective of the problem.
