Dear Sirs,

We are led to understand that you manufacture a direct reading flowmeter styled a "Rotameter".

This being so, we would be interested to receive any information you can give us regarding its general construction. We would also like to know what would be the approximate cost of such a flowmeter to measure an ethyl petrol flow over a range of zero to 120 pints per hour, and zero to 70 pints per hour. Also what would be the length of time required to manufacture such instruments.

Thanking you in anticipation of your reply.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
