We send you herewith: LeC.3466 showing the sleeve inside the filler omitted, and a small baffle fitted inside to take its place. This is somewhat on the same lines as was tried experimentally, and reported in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/WYMN1/KT.19.4.33. In regard to the leather washer fitted inside the cap, we have, we think, improved this by making the pressure spring in a better form. Will you please have one filler cap made up to this design as soon as possible. Drawing to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Print to RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} E/JNR.{Charles L.
