Shock Damper Knocks. The attached photograph shows the bolts returned to the works with a knocking shock damper. On several occasions knocking dampers have been satisfactorily refitted without any internal attention. In order to overcome internal damper knocks it is essential that the complaints recorded should be kept entirely separate from those suffering from insecure anchorage.
