Referring to your memo Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} /NHC1/D.18.12.26, we have already received an instrument incorporating the features you refer to, and it/has been submitted to Sales who have approved of it with/the exception that the position of the trip indicator renders it impossible for the 40 and 50 marks to be seen, and they (Sales) are arranging for someone to go to see the A.T. people with some suggestions as to how this can be improved.

As there are also certain mechanical alterations on the particular instrument in question, we have sent it to the Experimental Dept. for testing before reporting to the A.T. Co.
