Future Wraith Engine.

In connection with the above development, E/Lid{A. J. Lidsey} has been making an investigation into the costs of different constructions, and we show below these figures for the present 25/30 engine, an all aluminium construction similar to Phantom III and Wraith and a cast iron integral cylinder block and crankcase Wraith with cast iron head.

This comparison covers only the carcase of the engine, that is, those pieces affected by the changes involved, and the figures are for material cost only.
