At the foot is a paragraph dealing with guarantee and this also appears on 'Acknowledgement of Order' form. Whilst this is for one year, we do not keep strictly to it, dealing with cases as they occur in a generous and elastic manner, even when well out of the period. In such circumstances I think the matter could be left, as we understand you deal with mishaps in the same spirit even after your three years are out. We are quite used to servicing in this manner for larger periods such as Corporation Buses which have a life of over eight years.
