Re Free of Charge Work - 'Phantoms'.

Referring to Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/NRC{N. R. Chandler}19/D9/2/27 - BJ. feels that as there appears to be a difference of opinion between W. and S. regarding necessity or otherwise for incorporating .940 worm on 'Phantom' chassis free of charge, it will be best to discuss and ventilate the matter at a conference and that as a General Meeting is being held on Monday next, the 21st instant, at Derby (which, in any case, will probably be attended by C. and the Writer) it is proposed we should meet at Derby on the subject in the afternoon with the officials at Derby concerned - and also with CWB. from here, who has attended several of our discussions on the subject.

At the same time, we can also deal with Key Card, D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} throttle and 20HP Chassis new side and cross steering tubes, as per Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/NRC{N. R. Chandler}3/EW10/2/27.

Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}

BJ. would be glad if you would make arrangements regarding the Meeting and for the people at your end to be present.
