Telephone: WHITEHALL 2345 (26 lines). 7th July, 1936. - Robotham, Esq., Rolls-Royce, Ltd., Derby. Dear Sir, re: 1936 Tourist Trophy Race, E.R. Hall, Esq. ------------------------------------------- I have received a communication from the above Entrant, from which it would appear that there are a few points you would like to discuss in connection with the preparation of his Bentley car. If the items upon which you require information are such as to be beyond the scope of ordinary correspondence, I can arrange to visit you at Derby, and with this in view would suggest Thursday, July 16th, and will arrange to leave St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} Pancras by the 8.25 train which reaches Derby Station at 11.9. If you will be so good as to pick me up at the Station I shall be much obliged as there are certain difficulties I believe in obtaining access to your Works unless accompanied by a member of the Staff. I, therefore, await your advices that this date and time will suit. Yours faithfully, M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Hudlass Engineers Department. | ||
