X4545 To Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} from BJ. Chassis No. GH-39 - Trials Car. BJ6/H18.3.24. Copies to DI. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} In view of the report attached to your memorandum Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} 3/W14.3.24, doubtless those responsible at the Works will be giving this matter careful consideration, in view of the facts:- 1. That we must know by experience, and must always expect our customers to run their cars in an inconsiderate and fast manner over French roads. 2. That we shall be loading the 20 h.p. chassis to a similar maximum weight to that loaded on the car on which the springs have failed, namely, GH-39. B.J. | ||
