Vibration in transmission.
(a) Damper removed out of balance. 1.
(b) Damper seized. 2.

Hydraulic Dampers.

(1) Loss of oil from glands. 1.

Chassis Bifur Lubrication.

(1) Faulty Bijurs, not supplying sufficient oil. 2.

(2) Failure of oil supply to W.S.F. spring
shackle. 1.
Total 3.

Gear box.

(1) Change speed mechanism, plunger of
trigger seized. 1.

ELECTRICAL.

Dynamo.

(1) Failure to keep battery charged, voltage
control regulator faulty. 2.

(2) Noise due to bad condition of roller race
(lack of lubrication). 1.

(3) Rattles from dynamo drive due to rubber
blocks being loose. 1.

(4) Sticking brushes. 2.
Total 6.

Starter Motor.

(1) Faulty engagement due to sticking of
pinion on armature shaft caused by
dirt and latterly cadmium plating
rubbing off and getting into bush. 2.
